Refund Policy

Commission Refunds

Orders are only shipped once you have viewed an emailed image of the final drawing and are happy with the outcome. If in the unlikely circumstance your order arrives not as expected or I am unable to complete your order then a full refund can be processed. If damaged in transit then please contact me to discuss and post the drawing back to me in its original packaging for inspection. If I am satisfied the order has been tampered with or damaged due to transit then a full refund can be processed.

Originals & Prints Refunds

You are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of receiving your item on any purchases of original wildlife art or prints. Please contact me to explain you would like to return the goods and post back in its original packaging. A refund will be processed once I have received the item.

I do not take responsibility for the costs of returning items unless you received your purchase damaged. Please always keep a postage receipt when returning items.
